For the past 38 years, a group of bowlers from Jersey, part of the Channel Islands, has visited South Africa to take part in bowls games against clubs across the country.
The group is part of the Friendship Foundation, founded by Stuart Weaving as a means to promote friendship through bowls.
The group visited Bryanston Sports Club at the end of February, for its 17th out of 18 games on their trip.
"We have been well received. BSC has been very welcoming and we had a great reception," Stuart said after the game.
