Bryanston Sports Club bowlers celebrate Spring!

48 existing, new, and prospective BSC members took part in the Bowls section's Spring Day competition on a bright 5 September.

Bedecked in a variety of colourful attire, the players enjoyed tea, served by the club manager and caterer, Jerry Fraser, and his able staff.

After a fun and sunny afternoon on the field, spot prizes, donated by club members, were awarded to a few lucky participants. Ray Wilson won the prize for the best-dressed bowler.

R1 400 was raised for the South African Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind.
